After the original license period has lapsed, you will have to renew your license for a further period of 12 months. Renewing your license entitles you to the following software and services, for a period of 12 months starting from the date of expiry of the original license.

1. Virus database upgrades in the period.
2. All product upgrades that are released in the period.
3. Responses from expert technical support staff to all your virus related problems and queries, via e-mail.
4. Newsletters and Virus Alerts issued by the Technical Support Division.
