SWF/LFM.926

Blueball Information about the SWF/LFM.926:

SWF/LFM.926 is a Macromedia Shockwave Flash file infecting virus.This will spread under Windows XP/2000 systems only. It requires stand-alone version of Macromedia Flash Player installed on the computer to infect.

On executing the .SWF file the virus runs the script using DOS mode. It creates a file called V.COM. This file automatically infects other .SWF files in the current directory.

This worm first appeared on 8th January 2002.
