W32/BagleDl.A Worm
W32/BagleDl.A is an email worm. This worm
is a variant of W32/Bagle.A.
The worm will infect Windows systems and spreads through email.
The subject of the infected mail will be: foto The body of the infected mail will be: foto It carries any one of the following infected attachments: foto.zip Upon execution of the attachment, the worm
copies itself as DORIOT.EXE in the
Windows System folder. The worm contains a HTML script which
executes itself and the trojan component of the worm downloads a .jpg
file from certain sites. These downloaded files are saved in
Windows folder as _re_file.exe. It alters the windows registry at the following location to load itself during next startup; HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run The worm tries to terminate various security
related software. This Worm is also known as Download.Ject.D,
Bagle.AK, Win32/Bagle.Downloader.Trojan, |
